The Rhode Island Pharmacists Association would like to invite you to participate as an Exhibitor at the annual full-day Spring Continuing Education Program to be held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020 from 8:00am-3:15pm. The annual event will be held VIRTUALLY using the Zoom platform and will use breakout rooms for vendor/exhibitor engagement!
We expect to attract approximately 75 or more pharmacists and technicians practicing in a variety of health care settings including but not limited to: community, ambulatory/physician office-based, hospital, academia, and research.
This event is the only full-day program offered by our Association for 2020. Attendees can obtain all required continuing education requirements at the event, making it attractive to all practice settings! We are pleased to announce that for the fourth straight year we are offering this seminar free of charge for pharmacists members of RIPA in an effort to increase attendance and participation. Because we are committed to connecting you and your company to as many pharmacist attendees as possible, we will be rotating our attendees through our virtual exhibit hall to all vendors, every 15 minutes.
Sponsorship of breaks and lunch as well as advertising space in our program materials are available. Sponsors will receive complimentary attendance, vendor spotlight session during the 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM break. (See reservation form for sponsorship/exhibitor levels and costs). Our program content is compliant with the 2009 PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, therefore exhibits will be available only during the non-CME portion of the program. Exhibits will include cost of the display only and not affect content. Any additional benefits can be declined per attendee. Please review our updated Vendor options and pricing breakdown which help increase exposure throughout the calendar year, but including your logo in association emails and website (depending on the package selected) !
This year our venue is limited to 5 exhibits,and registration will be managed on our website.
